The Miss Caribbean International Pageant (MCIP), hosted by Diamond Noir Collective, will provide the necessary arena for the true beauty, talent, and culture of the Caribbean Islands to shine through. Until now, females of the region were not allowed to compete on an elite level at the Miss Universe or Miss World Pageants, due to the lack of a preliminary and regional pageant infrastructure. With the introduction of the Miss Caribbean International Pageant, women from all 33 islands of the Caribbean will have the ability to bring the style, history, and flavor of their homes to an international venue. Miss Caribbean International will not only become a featured tradition of the Islands, but it will also become another major promotional outlet for an increase in tourism and Caribbean awareness. Miss Caribbean International will shine a much-deserved spotlight on Caribbean beauty, culture, art, and fashion. The goal of Miss Caribbean International Pageant is to ensure that each year one of our Island girls finish in the top ten of Miss Universe or Miss World Pageants. |
